SRB002 Adhesive sheet material
SRB002 is a ceramic filled, glass fiber cloth impregnated with thermosetting resin bonding material, used for pressing and bonding between multi-layer circuit boards. The SRB002 adhesive sheet material can be mixed with FR-4 core plates and semi-cured sheets to improve the performance of standard FR-4 multilayer plate designs. SRB002 has a high glass transition temperature and its fully cured bond does not undergo thermal degradation during multiple laminations, making it the preferred material for continuous production of multilayer plates.
SRB002 can realize the bonding between multilayer substrates at low pressing temperature, and can be used for pressing multilayer circuit boards with epoxy, hydrocarbon and other substrates.
